Passport to Play Event

Lincoln Children’s Museum organized a Passport to Play event on May 24 from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Some cultural organizations partner with the Museum and provide cultural activities for the young Museum goers. LCCA takes part in this event, and teaches children paper cutting and origami and shows a short video of China.

Asian Center Dance Party and World Food Encounter

Lincoln Asian Center held a Dance Party and World Food Encounter on May 9th at the Auld Center. LCCA participates in the event by providing Chinese Calligraphy to celebrate Asian Heritage.

Welcome to Lincoln Chinese Cultural Association

The Lincoln Chinese Cultural Association (LCCA) is a non-profit organization in Lincoln Nebraska. It is committed to providing social, civic and community educational services to its members and the broader Lincoln community. It strives to promote Chinese cultural heritage and mutual understanding among all races and ethnic groups in the community.

Join LCCA! Our events are largely supported by membership fees, $25 for a family membership and $15 for an individual. We also welcome donations, which are tax deductible. Membership fee and donations can be mailed to LCCA, 9305 Ravenwood Lane, Lincoln, NE 68526 along with your name, home address and email.

2014 Lantern Festival Party and LCCA President Election

To celebrate the traditional Lantern Festival, LCCA hosted a lunch party on Feb 22nd (Saturday) at the Imperial Palace Chinese restaurant. About 100 people attended the event. There were Prize drawings for 2014 members, performances and riddle crackings during the events. New LCCA president election was also conducted during the event. Ruilin Cheng was elected to be the new LCCA president. Ruilin shared her visions at the event. LCCA will organize events and activities for our members and to attract new members. LCCA also strives to make our members feel a sense of belonging. LCCA will continue to collaborate with organizations, such as Confucius Institute, Chinese Student & Scholar Association and Chinese School, which share the common interest in promoting Chinese culture.
